I serve as youth leader for Parker Memorial Baptist Church and my responsibilities are to minister to the teens of our church, organize outings, and teach the Teen Sunday School class.  I am the Supervisor at Lansing Baptist School,  and I also oversee the bus ministry, Saturday visitation and bus calling, as well as help to organize promotions.

I grew up in a Christian home, where my Father was a Pastor.  I was saved at the age of ten during a morning service where the Holy Spirit moved in and thirteen souls were saved.  My father didn’t even get to preach because of the moving of the Spirit.  I surrendered my life to Christ at the age of sixteen for Him to do with me whatever He willed.  I had wanted to become an attorney, but after I surrendered, God changed my path and called me to preach.

I went on to study at Midwestern Baptist College and received a Bachelor of Sacred Music, Major in Theology and Minor in Education.  I then served the Lord for two years as Youth Director in my Father’s Church in Canada before being asked to teach in the Christian School here in Lansing.  After prayer, God impressed it upon my heart to come here, and it is my desire to see God build this school and youth group both spiritually and numerically.  I want God to work through me in the lives of my children (my wife, Sharon, and I have four girls) and the teens, and I want to see our bus ministry grow and children being saved and baptized weekly.
